Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 2026 | Effective Date: October 2026

1. Overview & Nature of B2B Services

Dun & Bradstreet info (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as a Dun & Bradstreet registered enterprise engineering custom B2B Android mobile games, software architectures, and digital assets under custom contract agreements.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom software engineering, allocation of technical personnel, and dedicated resource scheduling, all refund and cancellation requests are governed by the terms outlined below and in your formal Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Milestone Payments & Refund Eligibility

A. Initial Deposit & Discovery Phase

Initial discovery, research, architecture setup, and project kickoff deposits cover engineering allocation and Game Design Document (GDD) creation. Once work on Phase 01 / Discovery has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

B. Milestone Deliverables

Development projects are structured around agreed performance milestones (e.g., Prototype, Asset Creation, Alpha Build, Beta QA, Final Play Store Delivery). Payment for completed and approved milestone deliverables is non-refundable once sign-off is granted by the Client.

C. Pre-paid Unrendered Services

If a Client prepays for future milestone phases that have not yet commenced prior to project cancellation, a partial refund for unearned development hours may be issued, subject to a 15% administrative termination fee.

3. Project Cancellation Terms

Either party may terminate an active game development agreement under the following conditions:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: The Client must provide written notice via corporate email to contact@yourdomain.com at least 14 calendar days in advance. The Client remains responsible for paying all accrued development hours and completed milestones up to the date of notice.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that the Company must cancel a project due to resource constraints or insurmountable technical roadblocks, a full refund for unbilled, uncompleted milestones will be issued promptly within 10 business days.

4. IP Rights Handover Upon Cancellation

In the event of early termination, all source code, 3D models, UI/UX graphic assets, and technical documentation produced for paid and settled milestones will be transferred 100% to the Client. No intellectual property will be released for unpaid or partially paid milestones.

5. Processing & Contact

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method (bank wire transfer or corporate card) within 7–10 business days of written cancellation confirmation.
